Man Sues Magnifying Glass Manufacturer

Brian Watson, 43, has sued glass manufacturer AllGlass Ltd., for the sum of $4.87. Brian was walking down his quiet downtown street, looking through a magnifying glass made by the defending company, when a miscalculation in depth perception caused him to trip over a gutter.

"The gutter looked a lot closer than it actually was, so when I went to step over it, I missed and tripped instead.", Mr. Watson says. "When i got back up again I found that a piece of broken glass had cut my hand. I went to the corner store, and the smallest box of band-aids was almost $5, but I needed one to stop the bleeding. I demand compensation. That magnifying glass shouldn't have distorted my vision like it did."

As of 1pm, AllGlass have yet to make a statement on whether they will settle or take the case to courts.
